Home Renovation Project
A Multi-tech Building and Restoration transformation of an old weatherboard home into a beautiful character home. The property was stripped to the frame and fully renovated. A brand new high-end kitchen was installed with matte fingerprint-less design. From oak flooring to a fully refurbished fire place and high end fixtures and fittings throughout the home. All electrical at the property was replaced and the property was upgraded to a 'smart' home equipped with a 'smart' front door, lighting and speaker system throughout. A brand new colorbond roof, restored original cladding and front deck have given the home a much needed makeover whilst retaining the original character.
Escape of Liquid Project
An ongoing escape of liquid from the dishwasher turned into a nightmare for this client. Extensive water damage was identified throughout the property including mould. The affected kitchen, dining and living area were completely stripped and remediated by Multi-Tech Building and Restoration. From structural flooring to kitchen cabinets and high-end stone, the entire affected area was replaced and the clients home was restored to pre-loss condition in a hassle-free and seamless process.

Fire Damage Project
A fire had started at the property in the garage causing extensive fire damage to the garage and soot damage throughout the home. Multi-Tech Building and Restoration were engaged to repair the damages. Extensive fire restoration work was carried out to remove the soot and deodorise the home. The home was then restored to pre-loss condition with repair works carried out including replacement of wall linings, doors, door hardware and painting of the property.
